In June 2011 I was commissioned by Nouveau Palais chef Gita Seaton to program the music for her restaurant. I made separate playlists for day and night use to complement the vibe of traditional meal times vs. late night eaters and bar goers
Keeping in mind the ambiance of the Palace's adapted diner decor as well as the hip young mile-end clientele the day playlist spans balearic rock, nudisco, and dreamy pop tunes while the night playlist is a tailored sampling of the lighter side of electronic dance music - a perfect companion for the Thursday night DJ soirées with resident Kyle Kalma where I am a recurring guest.
